Pure Almond Extract, Natural - Nut Free can be used in a wide range of baking and other food applications to add the sweet, nutty flavor of almonds to your products. Our extract is stronger than most. The added strength results in a flavor, which does not disappear when you bake and freeze your cakes, cookies and other products. In your typical cake or cookie recipe, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix. This extract is produced using a natural flavor. It does not contain any ingredients derived from nuts. This includes any of the proteins found in nuts that cause allergic reactions.
