Wild Huckleberry Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed specifically for use in hard seltzer. This flavor, however, can be used in any application requiring a water soluble flavor including baked goods and other confectionery products. In most bakery applications, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight in dry baking mix.

Wild Huckleberry Type, Natural Flavor Blend contains ethyl alcohol, propylene glycol, water, natural flavor, triacetin and benzyl alcohol.
