Licorice Flavor, Natural WONF can be used in a wide range of baking applications. Add one teaspoon to your favorite cake, muffin or bread mix. In larger baking batches we recommend a starting use level of 0.25% to 0.50% depending on the desired overall flavor impact. Even at low levels, our Licorice Flavor, Natural WONF will add a wonderful sweetness reducing the amount of sugar needed in many recipes.
