Guajillo Chili Extract, Natural was developed for use in alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.20% to 1.00% depending on the application. In beer, cider and wine start at 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
Guajillo Chili Extract, Natural contains ethyl alcohol, water and extractives guajillo chili. This extract is for culinary purposes and should not be used in topical applications. Use extreme caution and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep away from children.
