Pasilla Chili Extract, Natural Mild
Pasilla Chili Extract, Natural was developed for use in alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. This extract has the characteristic earthy, slightly smokey and raisin-like notes characteristic of the dried chili with a Scoville level of 1,000 to 4,000 SHU. We recommend a starting use level of 0.20% to 1.00% depending on the application. At the typical use levels the extract will impart mild heat.
Pasilla Chili Extract, Natural contains ethyl alcohol, water and extractives pasilla chili. This extract is for culinary purposes and should not be used in topical applications. Use extreme caution and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep away from children.
