Macadamia Nut, Natural & Artificial (Contains <0.10% Artificial Top Note) is a great way to impart the flavor of macadamia nuts to a wider range of beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. This flavor does not contain any macadamia nut or other nut products. Clear and colorless it will not discolor clear spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.05% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer and cider start at 0.10% and adjust to taste.
This TTB approved flavor does not require an artificial flavor label declaration when used in beer, cider (above 7.00% ABV), wine and spirits.
