Lemon Elder Flower was chosen as the cake flavor for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding. The sweet, floral notes of the elder flower compliment the fresh, clean notes of the lemon and the combination is sublime. In premium ice cream base we recommend a starting use level of 0.60% by weight or 0.86 oz. per gallon of base and adjust to taste.
