Approximately 50,000 Scoville heat units, using this propylene glycol free extract at 0.10% to 0.30% will impart 50 to 150 Scoville heat units to any aqueous food product. The average hot sauce with medium to high heat is approximately 100 - 150 Scoville heat units.
