Caramelized Sugar Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in a wide range of beverages. This rich, water soluble wet caramel flavor has burnt sugar and subtle butter and cream notes. It can be used RTD coffee and other still and carbonated beverages. We recommend a starting use level of 3.00% on whole coffee beans and 0.30% in RTD coffee and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
