Mandarin Italian Extract, Natural (Tardivo Di Ciaculli Varietal)

There are a number of varietals of mandarin that grow in Southern Italy. These are often mixed when the fruit is harvested and processed to recover juice and oil. This extract is made exclusively from the exquisite Tardivo Di Ciaculli varietal of Mandarin. This extract nicely compliments most coffee bean blends and RTD coffee beverages. We recommend a starting use level of 3.00% on whole coffee beans and 0.20% in RTD coffee beverages.
