Vanilla Type Extract Clear, Natural & Artificial (Contains < 0.10% Artificial Top Note) can be used to impart vanilla notes to clear spirits and other alcoholic beverages. In most high proof applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.75% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. At 0.75% this flavor will exceed the TTB limits for total vanillin and require a natural and artificial flavor designation.
