Vanilla Custard Type, Natural Flavor Blend has a rich, creamy flavor ideal for use in a wide range of baked goods. We recommend one teaspoon in your typical cake or cookie recipe. In a commercial baking application start at 0.50%. This flavor can also be used in frosting and icing to impart custard-like notes. In frosting and icing start at 0.20% and adjust to taste.

Vanilla Custard Type, Natural Flavor Blend contains propylene glycol, water, natural flavor and ethyl alcohol. This extract is sugar and gluten free.
