This interest is driven by a range of factors and converging consumer trends including the popularity of fresh and locally grown foods, organics, sustainability, ethnic seasonings/flavors and a growing acceptance of very hot and spicy foods.

Many of our ethanol based flavors have a low flash point and when shipped by air are often classified as hazardous. This can result in the flavors being cost prohibitive. In order to better serve the growing number of breweries in Europe and Asia that want to use our flavors, we have developed a new line of export flavors, which are ethanol free, or ethanol reduced. These products can be shipped as non-hazardous, which makes it easier and less expensive for breweries to import them. Our goal is to make it as easy for our export customers as it is for our domestic customers to use our products. If you are looking for a flavor that does not appear on our export list, please let use know so we can formulate the flavor for you.
