Fresh Blueberry Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used to impart the flavor of fresh picked blueberries to baked goods and other foods requiring a water soluble flavor. In your typical 3 cup baking mix, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix. In sauces and dressings start at 0.10% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
