Black Walnut Type, Natural Flavor Blend - Nut Free is a one for one replacement for our discontinued Black Walnut Type Natural Flavor Blend (SC-Item 167) It can be used in a wide range of baking and other confectionery applications requiring a water soluble flavor. In your typical 3 cup baking mix, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients. This extract is nut free.

Black Walnut Type, Natural Flavor Blend contains glycerin, ethyl alcohol, and natural flavor. Like most of our extracts and flavors, this product is sugar and gluten-free.
