Brown Sugar Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in baked goods and other applications requiring a water soluble flavor to impart the sugar's distinctive molasses and caramel-like flavor. This extract is sugar free and will not impart sweetness to your product. In your typical 3 cup baking mix recipe, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in a baking mix.
