Caramelized Sugar Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in a wide range of baking and other food applications requiring a water soluble flavor. This rich, water soluble wet caramel flavor has burnt sugar and very subtle butter and cream notes. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In baked goods use 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix recipe.
