Dulce de Leche is a confection made by slowly heating sugar and sweetened milk . Similar to caramel, this confectionery product is popular in most of South America and Mexico. Our Dulce de Leche Type Extract, Natural & Artificial can be used in a wide range of baking applications. Clear and colorless, this
flavor is ideal for any baking application where color is a potential issue. One teaspoon of this extract is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe. In an industrial baking application we would recommend a starting use level of 0.25% by weight of dry ingredients.
Dulce de Leche Type Extract, Natural & Artificial contains: propylene glycol, natural flavor and less than 0.10% artificial flavor.
