Kiwi Fruit Type, Natural Flavor Blend
The Kiwi Fruit is native to Southern China. The fuzzy, brown fruit has a bright green flesh and a unique flavor. Brought to New Zealand, it's chinese name "yang-tao" was dropped and it was named after the Kiwi bird, the New Zealand national symbol, as it and the fruit share a similar appearance - small, brown and furry.
Our Kiwi Fruit Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in a wide range of baked goods including cakes and cookies. We recommend using one teaspoon in your typical cake or cookie recipe, or 0.50% by weight in dry baking mix.
Kiwi Fruit Type, Natural Flavor Blend contains ethyl alcohol, glycerin and natural flavor. This flavoring is sugar and gluten-free.
