Pineapple Juicy Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in baked goods and other food applications requiring a water soluble pineapple flavor. The sweet, juicy and slightly acidic profile of this true to the fruit flavor compliments most confections, sauces and dressings. In these applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In your typical 3 cup baking mix, we recommend one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients.
