Blackberry Sweet Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed of use in alcoholic beverages. This product has a slightly sweeter and juicier flavor profile than our Blackberry Type, Natural Flavor Blend (SC-item 050). In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In high proof spirits start at 0.75%. This flavor meets the FDA and TTB natural flavor labeling regulations and can be declared as natural on an ingredient statement.
