Our Cinnamon Whiskey Type Flavor was developed for use in alcoholic beverages. In most applications, we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In high proof spirits start at 0.75%. This flavor is TTB approved.
