Pure Thyme Extract, Natural can be used in a wide variety of still and carbonated beverages to impart the distinctive flavor of thyme. While herbal in character, thyme has subtle mint, pepper and pine notes that blend well with a wide range of citrus, berry, orchard and tropical flavors. This makes it an interesting flavor modifier in a wide range of alcoholic beverages. We recommend a starting use level of 0.05% to 0.10% in most beverage applications and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
