Strawberry Rhubarb Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in alcoholic beverages. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30%. In spirits start at 0.50% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. This flavor is TTB approved.
