Kalamansi or Calamansi, which is also known as calamondin or Philippine lime is a hybrid between a kumquat and a mandarin orange. It is native to the Philippines. Our Kalamansi Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in a wide range of still and carbonated beverages. In most alcoholic beverage applications including beer, cider and wine we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In spirits start at 0.50%. This flavor is TTB approved.
