Osmanthus (Osmanthus fragrans) is a fall flowering evergreen shrub or small tree native to China. Osmanthus' fragrant flowers have an aroma reminiscent of ripe peaches and mixed berries. We recommend a starting use level of 0.20% in most alcoholic beverages and adjust to taste. In high proof spirits start 0.50%
