Dandelion Root Extract, Natural (Taxacum officinale)
Our Dandelion Root Extract is believed to have positive effects on the digestive and immune systems, although much of the evidence is anecdotal. It has traditionally been used in aperitifs and digestives to soothe minor digestive ailments and improve the appetite. This extract has a rich, earthy flavor which is slightly bitter. We recommend a starting use level of 0.50% in most alcoholic beverage applications and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
