Rich in vitamins and important acids, the berry has become a popular ingredient in foods, beverages and dietary supplements. The berries are often described as having a combination raspberry and grape flavor. This flavor can be used in beer, cider, wine and spirits. In most alcoholic beverages we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30%.
