Pure Bitter Almond Extract, Natural - Nut Free
Pure Bitter Almond Extract, Natural can be used to add sweet, nutty or cherry notes to beer, wine and spirits. Almond extract blends well and is an excellent flavor modifier of vanilla, chocolate, caramel, apple, pear, coconut, cherry and strawberry. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverages. This extract is made using pure bitter almond oil, which is distilled from the pits of peaches and apricots and does not contain any of the proteins found in nuts that cause allergic reactions. This flavor is TTB approved for use in alcoholic beverages.
