Blood Orange Italian Extract, Natural (Tarocco Varietal)
There are multiple varieties of Blood Oranges that grow in Southern Italy. When the fruit is processed for juice and oil, the varieties are often mixed. This extract is made exclusively from the Tarocco variety, which is considered among the finest and results in an exquisite tasting extract suitable for any alcoholic beverage application. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.40% in most beverage applications. In beer and cider start at 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. This extract is TTB approved.
