Caramel Type, Natural & Artificial (Contains < 0.10% Artificial Top Note) was developed for us in alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In high proof spirits start at 1.00%. This TTB approved flavor does not require an artificial flavor ingredient declaration in nearly all alcoholic beverages.
