Cinnamon Extract, Natural #625 has a flavor profile reminiscent of ground cinnamon. It was developed for beverage applications including beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.05% to 0.25% in most beverage applications. This extract will not cloud alcoholic beverages. In beer start at 0.10% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved.
