Pure Cinnamon Extract, Natural is intensely sweet and tastes like the ground spice. It can be used to flavor beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.025% to 0.20% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer we suggest you start at 0.05% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved.
