Cranberry Ginger Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in beer, cider, wine and spirits. This flavor has a profile similar to a cranberry sauce made with ginger. We recommend a starting use level of 0.20% to 0.50% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer and cider start at 0.20% and adjust to taste.
