Fresh Ginger Extract, Natural
Fresh Ginger Extract, Natural captures the flavor of fresh ginger root. Slightly green, this flavor has very little ginger pungency and is ideal for beer, cider, wine, hard seltzer and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% - 0.30% in most alcoholic beverages and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In high proof spirits start at 0.50%.
