Honey Tupelo Type, Natural WONF has a sweet, buttery and fruity profile typical of the flavor of this most prized of all honeys. This flavor compliments the malty, nutty notes of many beer styles including brown and pale ales, honey beers and porters. This TTB approved flavor can also be used in cider, wine, mead and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.20% in most alcoholic beverages and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
