The sweet and slightly tart flavor of huckleberries compliments most types and styles of beer, wine and spirits. These berries have been used as an adjunct in beer and wine for centuries. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer start at 0.20% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved.
