Our Jager Herbal Liqueur Type , Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in alcoholic beverages to impart the flavor of the popular German herbal liqueur. For a 70 proof liqueur base, we recommend starting at 0.20% and adjusting until the desired impact is achieved. For wine, cider, and beer, we recommend a starting use level of 0.10%.
