Papaya Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for alcoholic beverages. This extract can be used for beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer and cider we suggest a starting use level of 0.10% and adjust to taste.
