Pawpaw Type, Natural Flavor Blend

Pawpaw Type, Natural Flavor Blend has a subtle custard like flavor with banana, pineapple and mango-like notes. The Pawpaw is North America's largest indigenous fruit and grows wild from Florida to southern Ontario and as far West as the Mississippi River. The fruit was traditionally used in baked goods and preserves, but is now finding its way into a wide range of beverages. We recommend a starting use level of 0.20% in most alcoholic beverages. In high-proof spirits start at 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. This flavor is TTB approved.
