Our Pure Rosemary Extract, Natural can be used in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. Rosemary has traditionally been associated with good health and was used in Europe as an adjunct in many alcoholic beverages. We recommend a starting use level of 0.05% to 0.25% in most applications. In beer and cider start at 0.10% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved for use in beer, cider, wine and spirits.
