Our Ginger Ale Extract, Natural #6424 is a traditional ginger ale flavor with citrus and mild ginger notes. We recommend the following formula (1+2 throw) to make 1000 mls of beverage syrup:

Granulated Cane Sugar - 310 gms
Citric Acid (50.00% Solution) (wt/v) - 8.00 mls
Sodium Benzoate (25.00% Solution) (wt/v) - 3.00 mls
Ginger Ale Extract, Natural - 6.00 mls
Q.S. with water to equal - 1000 mls

Brix: 10.50 +/-.20
