Pure Allspice (Pimento) Extract, Natural

Allspice or Pimento berries have a flavor reminiscent of a blend of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and pepper, hence the name - allspice. Pure Allspice (Pimento) Extract, Natural can be used in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider and wine where its rich flavor adds greater depth than clove. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% to 0.30%. This extract is TTB approved.
