Pure Grapefruit Extract, Natural (Clarified) is made from Florida Grapefruit Oil and has been clarified to remove any haze in clear beverages, such as seltzer. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% in seltzer and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
