Fresh Lime Clarified Extract, Natural was developed for use in non-alcoholic beverages that require a flavor with a high degree of clarity that will not impart any turbidity to the finished beverage. This extract has a fresh peel-like aroma and flavor. In most beverages, we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
