Black Tea Extract, Natural (Camellia sinensis L.) (Cold Water Soluble) has a fresh brewed flavor and aroma and can be used in a wide range of still and carbonated beverages including RTD teas. Rich in polyphenols (3.00% to 10.00%), it contains caffeine (0.50% - 4.00%). In most beverages we recommend a starting use level of 0.50% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
