Cloud Emulsion, Natural Flavor Blend

Cloud Emulsion, Natural Flavor Blend is formulated to provide turbidity to alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It is commonly used in orange drinks to impart the turbidity or "cloudiness" consumers associate with fresh orange juice. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.40% depending on the level of cloud needed.

Cloud Emulsion, Natural Flavor Blend contains water, gum Arabic, sunflower oil, ester gum, natural flavor, sodium benzoate and citric acid.
