Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) is a small citrus fruit, which grows primarily in Southern Italy. Bergamot is grown for its essential oil, which is contained in the peel, and is used in Earl Grey tea. In most beverages we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In loose tea start at 10.00% by weight of tea being flavored.

Pure Bergamot Extract, Natural contains ethyl alcohol, water and bergamot oil. This extract is sugar and gluten-free.
