Black Walnut Type, Natural Flavor Blend - Nut Free is a one for one replacement for our discontinued Black Walnut Type Natural Flavor Blend (SC-Item 167ICR).This flavor can also be used in ice cream and almost any aqueous food product that requires a black walnut flavor. We recommend a starting use level of approximately 1 oz. per gallon of ice cream base (144 oz.), or 0.50% to 0.80% by weight.
