Maple Brown Sugar Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for baking, but can be used in a wide range of applications requiring a water soluble flavor including ice cream and frozen dessert novelties. We recommend a starting use level of 0.40%, or .57 ounce per 1 gallon (144 ounces) of ice cream base and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
